How do you handle customers who aren't satisfied with the work they get?
All of our work in Guaranteed for 5 years and our masonry for 10 years.If there is an issue where something was done incorrectly I fix it .All jobs are done according to contract and if there are issues above and beyond we work them out so both parties are happy.My lifes blood is referrals so I like happy customers.
